Seems to be a normal spinner, but this clear plastic toy has in it a great technology. This Q-Steer vehicle, operated by an infrared remote control, moves in all the directions with a really amazing commands response. Through the glasses we can see the electronics to manage the mechanical parts of the car and the infrared beams reception. Included in the body of remote control there is the tool to set in action the very small levers for power & regulation of the car. It is released with a button.
